USES AND BENEFITS: Enhance the excretion of the bile and help prevent the cramps of smooth muscles from digestion. The Yarrow plant is mostly used for digestive problems such as lighter cramps in the stomach, stomach and bile, lack of appetite. In inner use , the yarrow plant is used for inflammation of the skin and mucous membranes and in the case of slow-fitting wound care. In folk medicine is used as a means to stop bleeding, hemorrhoids and menstrual problems. Not recommended for pregnant women and nursing mothers and children under the age of 12
PREPARATION AND DOSAGE: Place 2 g (1 teaspoon) of chopped plants with 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, leave to stand for 10-15 minutes and then drain. Drink 2-4 cups of tea between meals. Daily dosage: 4-5 g. Use a prepared tea for compresses . For bath: 100 g of plants on 20 l of water
