USES AND BENEFITS : Internal use of flax seed is used with digestive problems such as: close to damaged or irritated colon, inflammation of the intestinal mucosa and inflammation of the intestinal diverticulas. In external application it is used as a lining in local inflammation on the skin. Not recommended for pregnant women and nursing mothers and children under the age of 12
PREPARATION AND DOSAGE : Inner application: 10 g (1 tablespoon) of whole Flax seed should be poured with about 150 ml (1 cup) of water and allow to stand for 20-30 minutes. It is possible to drink together with the seeds or to slice the mucus and then use it only. Flax seeds can also be used in addition to various meals. Outer application: 30 – 50 g (3-5 tablespoons) of soured seeds to soak with about 5 dl of water and allow it to stand for 20-30 minutes. In the form of a lining (gauze or flax cloth), apply to the area of the skin
