USES AND BENEFITS: Inner use: Lavender is used in the form of tea with anxiety, sleep disturbances and abdominal pain in the upper abdominal area (nervous stomach, intestinal problems, dyspnoea).
Outer applications: in the baths for relaxation and for the relief of problems with the vascular system; lavender bags – to reject insects, especially moths; lavender pillows – are placed on the head for help with insomnia. Not recommended for pregnant women and nursing mothers and children under the age of 12
PREPARATION AND DOSAGE: Prepare the lavender tea by adding about 1.5 grams of the plant (2 teaspoons) with about 150 ml of boiling water, leave to stand for 5-10 min and then scrub. Drink 1-2 cups a day, if necessary. For preparation of bath, a ratio of 20 – 100 g of dry flowers to 20 l of water is recommended
