USES AND BENEFITS: In alternative medicine, it is used as a cough agent and for tuberculosis. All these uses are not scientifically validated. It has a healing effect on the respiratory tract, coughing acts on mucus, helps with flu, pneumonia, chronic bronchitis and pulmonary tuberculosis. Not recommended for pregnant women and nursing mothers and children under the age of 12
PREPARATION AND DOSAGE: Place 1.5 g (2 teaspoons) of finely chopped plants with 150 ml (1 cup) boiling water, leave to stand for 10 to 15 minutes and then simmer and sweeten with honey. Drink several times a day for one cup of this tea
