USES AND BENEFITS: It is used for colds to calm the irritation of dry cough and irritated mucous membranes in the mouth and throat, but not as an expectorant. Less common use is also made with mild inflammation of the stomach and intestine. Not recommended for pregnant women and nursing mothers and children under the age of 12
PREPARATION AND DOSAGE: 3-4 teaspoons chopped flower (1.5-2 g) pour into 150 ml (1 cup) cold water. Leave to stand in a covered for 10-15 minutes and then dry. Before drinking, it is preferable for the tea to boil for a short time. The tea can be prepared so that it is sprinkled with boiling water. Drink several times a day for 1 cup.
