USES AND BENEFITS: In external application, it is used as an aid in the treatment of rheumatic problems since rosemary active substances improve blood circulation. Rosemary has wide use as a seasoning plant of particular Mediterranean cuisine, and its also used as a preservative and as an antioxidant. PREPARATION AND DOSAGE : Place 2 g (1 teaspoon) of chopped plants with 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, leave it for 10-15 minutes and then drain. Drink one cup up to 3-4 times a day. The daily dose is 6 g. For the preparation of the bath, pour 50-100g of plants with 1 l of boiling water, leave it for 15-30 minutes and then scrub.
