USAGE AND BENEFITS : In external application, Sage is used in inflammation of the mouth and throat and in the inflammation of the gum, mainly as a rinsing agent. Internal use is related to digestive problems (mild cramps, nausea and flatulence) and problems with excessive sweating. Due to the presence of jaundice, pregnant women should avoid using any sage formulations
PREPARATIONS AND DOSAGE: Outer Application: Place 3 g (2 teaspoons) finely chopped plants with 150 ml (1 cup) boiling water and leave for 10-15 minutes and then dry. Inner application: 1.5 g (1 teaspoon) finely chopped plants pour 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water. Leave it to stand for 5 min and then cut it. Drink 3-4 cups per day. The daily dose for internal administration is 4-6 g
