PREPARATION AND DOSAGE: 1 teaspoonful (about 3 g) finely chopped or roughly sliced plants pour into 150 ml (1 cup) boiling water. Leave in a covered vessel to leave for 3-5 minutes and then pour out. Drink as needed. Avoid long and abundant use. Not recommended for pregnant women and nursing mothers and children under the age of 12
